Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area for a Concierge & Functional Medicine Physician. The physician will provide comprehensive functional medicine evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage chronic and complex conditions through lifestyle, nutritional, and evidence-informed therapeutic interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-depth patient consultations, reviewing diagnostic results, coordinating follow-up care, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation. The role also involves offering concierge-level services such as timely communication, direct patient access, and coordination of appointments and referrals, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
