Job summary

BARNES-JEWISH HOSPITAL at Washington University Medical Center seeks an Information Desk Associate to warmly welcome patients and visitors, provide hospital information, and escort guests as needed. • Utilizes technology to appropriately direct guests, visitors and patients throughout hospital campus.
• Assists with patient arrival and departure.

Role Purpose

Provides effortless and seamless movement in and out of the medical center as the first impression that patients and visitors experience. Provides coverage of the information desks and interacts with target audiences, internal resources and external vendors.
