BJC HealthCare (New) is seeking a patient-facing Concierge at St. Louis Children’s Hospital to provide timely information and escort services to patients, visitors, and staff.

This on-site role supports the hospital by guiding guests and offering local-area guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• <2 years of experience is requested.
• 2-5 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors, provides patient and hospital information and escort services to those in need.
• Provides concierge service regarding the medical center and local area.
