Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Sunset Hills is seeking a friendly Information Desk Associate to serve as the first impression for patients and visitors. You will greet people, provide hospital information and escort services as needed.

Responsibilities include handling concerns with service recovery guidelines, guiding guests using campus wayfinding tech, and assisting with patient arrival and departure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience at an information desk is a plus.

• Will also pick up shifts on other days as needed
