Job summary

Avion Hospitality is hiring for a Full-time role in Saint Petersburg, FL, starting at $17.50 per hour. The position requires weekend and holiday availability and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

You will oversee the Executive Lounge setup, service, and clean-up, set up tables and buffets, serve food and beverages, monitor areas, and deliver exceptional hospitality while staying professional and friendly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (state regulations) training provided.
• Food Handlers certification (state regulations) training provided.
• Clear communication and quick decision-making.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.

This is a Full-time position that starts at $17.50 an hour.

Must be able to work some weekends and some holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
• Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
