Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand in Dayton, Ohio, seeks a friendly Concierge Attendant to create a welcoming guest experience in the Concierge Lounge, assisting with local recommendations, reservations, and hotel services.

You will maintain lounge presentation, coordinate with front desk, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while delivering exceptional service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, concierge, lounge attendant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
