Concord Hospitality Brand in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Concierge Attendant to deliver outstanding guest experiences in the hotel’s Concierge Lounge. You will set up presentations, assist with local dining and attractions, and answer guest questions with a friendly, professional approach.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, concierge, lounge attendant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We are hiring a Concierge Attendant!

SHIFTS: Sunday-Thursday nights from 4:30pm-10:30pm

As a Concierge, you create a welcoming and personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing exceptional hospitality, and serving as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations.
