We are hiring a Concierge.

Love serving others? Making someone smile? Great at giving restaurant and entertainment advice as well as directions in your area? The hotel concierge plays a vital role in providing guests with a memorable "Guest Experience." You are the go-to person for guests seeking ideas to make their visit exceptional, armed with knowledge of local attractions to ensure a memorable stay.

The Role:
  1. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  2. Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  4. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  5. Contact appropriate departments (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  6. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information.
  7. Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
  8. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
  9. Follow all company policies, maintain a professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, and protect company assets.
  10. Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests sincerely.
  11. Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and use appropriate telephone etiquette.
