Job summary

Pinch is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) in Arizona for a part-time, independent contractor role (1099). You will deliver concierge aesthetic care directly to clients’ homes, including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, and chemical peels, while maintaining your own client book and following Pinch protocols.

You’ll operate with autonomy within a trusted brand, setting your schedule, earning top-of-market pay, and benefiting from marketing support,

Qualifications

• Active Arizona APRN license required.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare experiences.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly.
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book.
