Job summary

Pinch is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) in Massachusetts for part-time, concierge aesthetic care delivered in clients' homes. You’ll enjoy above-market pay, flexible scheduling, and autonomy within Pinch protocols and brand standards.

You’ll perform neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare experiences, build your client book, and collaborate with the Pinch clinical and support teams to ensure safe, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts APRN license.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin) and autonomy in practice.
• Prior aesthetics experience in clinical settings (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care: neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare experiences.
• Treat clients sourced via Pinch marketing and your network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies and follow Pinch protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with Pinch Providers and clinical/support teams.
• Use Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book.
