Job summary

Pinch is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) in Michigan for a concierge home-based practice. Part-time, 1099 role with above-market compensation, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical standards.

You’ll work under the Pinch brand, maintaining autonomy while following established protocols to deliver high-quality injectable and skincare services. You’ll deliver neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare experiences, expanding your client

Qualifications

• Active Michigan State APRN license.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in clinical settings (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemicals peels, skincare and at-home experiences.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team; use the Pinch platform to retain clients and grow your book.
