Job summary

Pinch Med Spa in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Aesthetic APRN to deliver concierge aesthetic care in clients' homes. You will perform neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare experiences while maintaining Pinch protocols and safety standards.

This 1099, part-time role offers top-of-market pay with treatment-based compensation, flexible scheduling, autonomy, and a growing client book within a supportive provider network.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania APRN license
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections)
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including Neurotoxin injections (tox)
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Skincare + at-home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book
