Job summary

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa expanding to Michigan, seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) for a 1099 contractor role to perform tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. You set your own schedule and choose your clients with support from a nationally recognized brand.

You will receive malpractice and overhead coverage, plus access to live and virtual trainings to grow your aesthetics practice.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan APRN license is required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch's Master Certification.
• Passion for aesthetics and helping clients look their best.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a practice with flexible scheduling.
• Bonus: existing patient network or event/creator opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe aesthetic treatments including tox and chemical peels.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Attend comprehensive virtual training on peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facials.
• Treat clients via Pinch marketing and personal networks.
• Offer flexible weekly availability (average 4–24 hours).
• Maintain products and supplies, and keep accurate client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and collaborate with the team.
