Job summary

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa expanding into Washington and seeks Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) for a 1099 contractor role. You will grow your aesthetics practice by delivering tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients’ homes, with malpractice and overhead coverage provided.

You will benefit from a national brand, comprehensive trainings, and the freedom to set your own schedule while building your client network.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Washington is required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification is required.
• Experience in aesthetics or willingness to grow an aesthetics practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network.
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Keep accurate and timely client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support.
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business.
