Job summary

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Pennsylvania for a 1099 contractor role, delivering tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients’ homes. You set your own schedule, choose clients, and build a practice with full backing of a top-rated brand.

Founding Providers lead Pinch's presence in their community, with access to events, marketing partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch.

Qualifications

• Active PA APRN license in Pennsylvania.
• Certification in injectables or readiness to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Availability to attend in-person training dates in full.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments (tox, microneedling, chemical peels, at-home facials) safely and to Pinch standards.
• Build client base from Pinch marketing and personal network; convert first-timers to regulars.
• Own your schedule; 10–20 client hours per week with flexibility.
• Grow your business using Pinch marketing tools for outreach and referrals.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date client records and supplies.
