Meridian Senior Living is hiring an Entry Level Concierge/Receptionist at Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The role greets guests, answers phones, and creates a welcoming front-desk experience for residents and visitors.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and customer service experience, with basic MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills and a commitment to elderly residents. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service role preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate with residents and family members.

The Concierge/Receptionist greets all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner – whether this be in-person or over the phone. This position creates a welcoming environment as the first contact guests have when they enter the community.

QualificationsRequirements:

• Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
