Sagora Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, and manage the front desk at Lynridge of Waco. You will help maintain a professional lobby, route communications, and support staff with daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma (GED acceptable), 6 months related experience, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related concierge/ receptionist experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.

Mansioni

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area and routing of calls/mail to maintain professional image.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds for security procedures as required.
• Provide basic information in person and via phone/email.
