Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for Landon Ridge Sugar Land Assisted Living and Memory Care to greet residents and visitors, oversee the front desk, and manage communications. You will assist colleagues, provide accurate information, and help maintain a welcoming, secure environment at the Sugar Land community.

Role emphasizes excellent customer service, multitasking, and effective communication with residents, families, and team members in a hands-on, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related concierge/front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around the community as necessary for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
