Sagora Senior Living’s Heritage Tomball community is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, manage the front desk, and provide accurate information by phone and in person.

You will support the team with mail and receptionist duties, assist as needed, and help maintain a welcoming, professional lobby while upholding Sagora’s commitment to residents first and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months related front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception area to maintain a professional image and answer calls.
