Job summary

Sagora is hiring a part-time PRN Concierge at The Brennity at Fairhope in Fairhope, AL. You will greet residents and guests, answer phones, and manage the front desk to project a professional image.

You will support associates, monitor the lobby, assist with security rounds, provide accurate information in person and by email or phone, and help maintain a welcoming community where residents feel valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates as needed at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
