Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a friendly Concierge (Part Time) to join our guest services team. You will respond to guest requests, assess needs, and add personal recommendations to ensure exceptional experiences.

The role requires knowledge of local attractions, excellent English, and the ability to multitask while providing above-and-beyond service. Part-time shifts include mornings, afternoons, and weekends, with 7am–3:30pm and 12pm–8:30pm windows.

Qualifications

• Concierge experience preferred and knowledge of local area.
• Excellent English communication and multitasking ability.
• Flexible schedule; language skills a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new apps.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift.

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is in search of a talented Concierge (Part Time) to join our team. Concierge agents at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

What you will do

• Accommodating guest requests, processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail
• Assisting in other Guest Service areas, including the Front Desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
• Planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay, all while providing exceptional above and beyond service!

What you bring

• Previous concierge experience and great knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions.
• Must have excellent English communication skills and be able to multitask.
• Language skills are a plus as well as a flexible schedule.
• Computer literacy and proficiency are necessary including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn proprietary applications at work.
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift.

Schedule & Hours

• Part Time
• Shift Times 7am - 3:30pm / 12pm - 8:30pm
• Must have Friday / Saturday / Sunday availability
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
