Sagora’s Brennity at Melbourne is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and guests, answer phones, manage the front desk, and support daily operations at a senior living community in Melbourne, KY.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, with 6 months of related experience preferred. This on-site, part-time position offers a team-focused environment and opportunities to grow within Sagora’s values of commitment and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications to maintain a professional image.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates as needed at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
