Job summary

Sagora's Bristol Park At Conroe is seeking a courteous Concierge to greet residents and visitors and to manage the front desk, ensuring a professional image. You will handle calls, route messages, and help maintain a welcoming lobby during reception hours.

The role requires strong customer service, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a PRN schedule. A team-focused, residents-first environment supports ongoing growth and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Provide basic information in-person and via phone/email; respond to emergencies as needed.
