Job summary

Sagora is seeking a Concierge at The Harrison of Wildwood to greet residents and visitors, manage the front desk, and support overall operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You’ll handle calls, assist staff, and help maintain a welcoming lobby while ensuring safety and confidentiality in daily interactions with residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area to ensure professional image and communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds for security procedures as required.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
