Century Park Associates seeks a conscientious Concierge to deliver exceptional customer service in a vibrant residential setting. This role involves multitasking across various departments, from front desk duties to dietary support, while maintaining a welcoming environment for residents and guests. We are currently seeking a candidate with exceptional multi-tasking skills. The primary role is concierge, but the successful candidate should be flexible to cover first, second, or weekend shifts across various departments, including front desk, dietary, housekeeping, and activities. Willingness to learn supporting roles is essential.
The Concierge provides customer service and reception to residents and families, primarily in the front lobby, adhering to all laws, regulations, and Century Park standards. Reports to the Business Office Manager.
