Title: Concierge

Job Purpose

The Concierge (Front Desk) is responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for guests, providing detailed information about the venue, food and beverage menu, and gaming options. They should understand the reservation system to keep it organized and communicate details effectively to guests and staff throughout operations. The Concierge should also be involved in guest hospitality across the venue, maintaining awareness and communicating with staff in every department.

Responsibilities

1. Work hours as scheduled and additional hours when requested.
2. Follow directions and demonstrate teamwork.
3. Work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
4. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Maintain organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Manage time effectively.
8. Maintain safety and sanitation standards when working with food.

Additional Information

Qualifications and Skills

• Familiarity with reservation software and hospitality preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for hours, including maneuvering stairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
