Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Concierge—a true bon vivant—someone who loves to eat, drink, chat, and explore, and who will share thoughtful, personal recommendations to our guests.

We value a passion for guest service, at least 1 year in a similar role, and the ability to thrive in a 24-hour operation. A post-secondary diploma is a plus, and you should enjoy working with a team to create memorable experiences in our luxury hotel environment.

About you

• Passionate about guest service and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Experience in concierge operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
