What You'll Do:

  • Welcoming and Engaging Presence: Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm. Foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie within the community.
  • Front Desk Rockstar: Answer calls, chat with visitors, and help with any questions they have.
  • Family Liaison: Act as a bridge between residents' families and the facility, providing updates and addressing inquiries or requests. Foster open communication and trust with family members.
  • Party Planner Extraordinaire: Get in on the fun by helping to plan and set up our community events!

What You Bring:

  • Education: High school diploma or something equivalent
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills are essential, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Concierges often handle multiple tasks simultaneously, so strong organizational skills are crucial.
  • Local Expert: Being familiar with the local area, including restaurants, attractions, transportation options, and services, can be a significant asset!

Working Conditions: Our concierges typically work indoors, with customer-facing roles that involve standing, walking, and multitasking. You will interact with residents and their families in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining excellent customer service skills.

Physical Demands: Our concierges may encounter physical demands that include assisting residents with mobility, occasionally lifting or moving objects, and prolonged periods of standing and walking.
