The ideal candidate has at least two years in customer service, a neat appearance, and strong communication. Evening and weekend availability is required, with basic computer skills and a proactive, welcoming approach.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality/retail.
• Neat, professional appearance with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized handling resident requests.
• Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of office programs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in the clubhouse with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Monitor the clubhouse to ensure rules and procedures are followed.
• Assist residents with clubhouse equipment and amenities to enhance their experience.
• Provide information and recommendations on local shopping, dining, nightlife, and activities.
• Respond to resident requests, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Assist with community activities and events held in the clubhouse.
• Secure and lock clubhouse doors at closing time.
• Perform office duties such as answering calls, faxing, filing, and organizing documents.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Community Director.
