Primary Purpose:

This position serves as an information and customer service source for a program providing shoppers with a bag-free shopping experience. This includes delivery services for purchases at participating mall tenants. It is a front-line role involving direct interaction with customers, requiring strong sales and customer service skills.

Principal Responsibilities:
  1. Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the bag-free shopping and home delivery service, and communicate benefits and procedures to customers.
  2. Provide excellent customer service through pickup, storage, and delivery of purchased goods.
  3. Efficiently pick up items from mall stores, organize at the consolidation center, and prepare for delivery.
  4. Complete training programs and apply learned skills to enhance service and sales.
  5. Understand and utilize the mobile technology solution for notifications of pickups and deliveries.
  6. Prevent loss of items and ensure the condition of products remains new and undamaged.
  7. Track all steps of the process using mobile technology tools.
  8. Maintain a professional appearance and keep work areas tidy, including marketing materials and signage.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries, provide directions, and answer questions about the mall and community activities.
  10. Support other departments as needed and participate in team meetings and projects.
  11. Complete required documentation and communicate with tenants about the program.
  12. Achieve goals related to timeliness and accuracy of pickups and deliveries.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years in consumer-facing service roles such as retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
  3. Ability to move quickly and sustain activity for up to 5 hours, standing most of the time.
  4. Familiarity with Apple iOS apps and mobile technology.
  5. Strong verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  1. Remain calm and helpful in stressful situations, maintaining a professional appearance.
  2. Be articulate, outgoing, and courteous at all times.
