Lifespace Communities is searching for a Concierge at GreenFields of Geneva. In this role, you'll acknowledge and greet residents and guests, assist them with their vehicles, and help with various personal services. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, along with hospitality and customer service experience. Your contributions will play a vital role in creating meaningful moments in a community that values growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with courtesy.
• Be knowledgeable of local attractions or events.
• Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Responsible for scheduling appointments.
• Responsible for scheduling dining room reservations.

A few details about the role:

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency.
• Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events and offer recommendations and personal services.
• Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles; delivers packages, groceries to resident living areas.
• Assist in direction of deliveries for residents, and visitors to their destinations.
• Responsible for scheduling appointments and informing transportation team of any appointments made.
• Responsible for scheduling dining room reservations.
