Lifespace Communities in Tyler, Texas, is seeking a friendly Concierge for Meadow Lake on a full-time basis with flexible scheduling. Pay ranges from $12.72 to $17.49 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a purpose-driven nonprofit serving older adults.

You will greet residents and guests, assist with transportation, deliveries, and dining reservations, while sharing knowledge of local attractions to enhance residents'' experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency.
• Be knowledgeable of local attractions or events and offer recommendations and personal services.
• Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles; delivers packages, groceries to resident living areas.
• Assist in direction of deliveries for residents, and visitors to their destinations.
• Responsible for scheduling appointments and informing transportation team of any appointments made.
• Responsible for scheduling dining room reservations.
