Conviva Senior Primary Care, part of Humana, is seeking a Concierge to greet patients, answer questions and support center operations at the North Miami Beach office.

This role requires bilingual English and Spanish, minimal technical experience, front-office duties, standing most of the day, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, with a 40-hour week and a pay range of $37,440 to $42,500 per year.

Become a part of our caring community The Concierge 1 greets and provides support and resource information on our organization, facility and area to patients, families and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. The Concierge 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. The Concierge 1 welcomes Patients to the Center in a warm manner. They take Patient information and put names on a waiting list. Additionally, they clean and organize the waiting area and restrooms. Finally, they talk with patients as they leave to guarantee a positive overall experience. Provide assistance and directions. May provide tours. May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance.

You will be reporting to: Supervisor, Center Administration

Other Qualifications

• We prefer previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, patient-facing, customer service, receptionist, or concierge setting.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $37,440 - $42,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
