Our Concierge at Sunrise is responsible for providing excellent hospitality as the first impression for visitors. Responsibilities include greeting potential residents, families, and visitors, managing calls, and supporting marketing and sales efforts with community information.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
2. Performing general administrative duties
3. Welcoming and supporting the hospitality of the Sunrise community

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED required
2. Experience in customer service with excellent communication and organizational skills
3. Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ability to learn new applications

This is an on-call position to assist during hours of 8 am to 8 pm.
