Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI is seeking a friendly Concierge for the part-time day shift (8 am – 4:30 pm, every other Saturday). You will be the first contact for residents, families and visitors, guiding them and answering questions to help navigate our campus.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with deliveries and sign-in, supporting residents with programs, and coordinating with staff via Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC use.
• 2–3 years of reception, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to walk throughout the building daily as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Support residents with programs, outings, reminders, and day-to-day non-care needs.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff via phone and Microsoft Outlook, and provide administrative support including lobby displays, shared files, and guest reservations.
• Assist with light housekeeping in common areas.

Concierge Requirements:
