Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Concierge in California. The role focuses on greeting residents and visitors, handling calls, arranging tours, and providing clerical support in line with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, answering phones, monitoring the Emergency Alert System, and supporting mail and administrative operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years in hospitality or senior living environments.
• Able to operate a PC and use MS Office programs; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer multi-line calls, direct inquiries, and support administrative staff.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly to alerts.
• Manage business center tasks and mail processing.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment and foster teamwork across departments.

The Concierge

is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
