Job summary

Freedom Village at Brandywine in Coatesville, PA is hiring an Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant for the 11:00 PM-7:00 AM shift. You will greet residents, staff and guests warmly and respond to medical concerns with courtesy and professionalism.

This role administers emergency first aid, reminds residents about medications, and may assist with direct resident care as part of our Hospitality Team, supporting overall wellness for our residents.

Qualifications

• C.N.A./CMA/EMT experience strongly preferred for responding to medical emergencies.
• At least six months medical and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, employees and guests and anticipate their needs.
• Listen to medical concerns and provide efficient responses.
• Administer emergency first aid and care rendered in a timely manner.

About The Role

This position greets residents, employees and guests and strives to anticipate their needs and acts accordingly. They listen to medical concerns in an efficient manner. This person is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of emergency first aid and care rendered.

They are responsible for medication reminders and can assist in direct resident care as necessary. The Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant is an important component to our Hospitality Team striving to maintain the overall Wellness of our residents.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• C.N.A. or Certified Medication Aide, Medical Assistant, or EMT experience is strongly preferred for when responding to medical emergencies.
• At least six months medical and customer service experience. Geriatric and/or emergency involvement preferable.
