Freedom Village at Brandywine in Coatesville, PA is seeking an on-site Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant to warmly greet residents and guests, anticipate needs, and support medical responses. The role includes medication reminders and potential direct resident care within our wellness-focused community.

Ideal candidates have CNA/CMA/EMT certifications and at least six months of medical and customer service experience, with eligibility for a background check and drug screen.

Our Independent Living Concierge team plays a key role in our success. They greet residents, employees and guests warmly, by name and professionally and treat everyone with courteous respect. They are a vital resource of medical knowledge for our residents and staff for when necessary to handle or support responding to medical emergencies within our independent living setting. We are seeking a dedicated employee to join our compassionate team!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position greets residents, employees and guests and strives to anticipate their needs and acts accordingly. They listen to medical concerns in an efficient manner. This person is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of emergency first aid and care rendered.

They are responsible for medication reminders and can assist in direct resident care as necessary. The Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant is an important component to our Hospitality Team striving to maintain the overall Wellness of our residents.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• C.N.A. or Certified Medication Aide, Medical Assistant, or EMT experience is strongly preferred for when responding to medical emergencies.
• At least six months medical and customer service experience. Geriatric and/or emergency involvement preferable.
