Freedom Village at Brandywine in Coatesville, PA is hiring an Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant to greet residents and guests, respond to medical concerns, and support our Wellness program.

This role involves medical reminders, first aid administration, and may assist with direct resident care. Shifts include 11:00 PM-7:00 AM and 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, contributing to a compassionate hospitality team.

Qualifications

• C.N.A. or CMA, or EMT experience preferred for medical emergencies.
• At least six months medical and customer service experience; geriatrics/emergency involvement preferable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, employees and guests and anticipate their needs.
• Listen to medical concerns and respond efficiently.
• Administer emergency first aid accurately and promptly.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with direct resident care as needed.

We are currently interviewing for our 11:00 PM-7:00 AM and 3:00pm - 11:00pm positions.

Our Independent Living Concierge team plays a key role in our success. They greet residents, employees and guests warmly, by name and professionally and treat everyone with courteous respect. They are a vital resource of medical knowledge for our residents and staff for when necessary to handle or support responding to medical emergencies within our independent living setting. We are seeking a dedicated employee to join our compassionate team!

About The Role

This position greets residents, employees and guests and strives to anticipate their needs and acts accordingly. They listen to medical concerns in an efficient manner. This person is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of emergency first aid and care rendered.

They are responsible for medication reminders and can assist in direct resident care as necessary. The Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant is an important component to our Hospitality Team striving to maintain the overall Wellness of our residents.
