Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge at Santa Fe Trails Assisted Living & Memory Care in Texas. The role involves greeting residents and visitors, managing the front desk, and ensuring smooth communications both in-person and by phone.

You will support staff, assist with security rounds, and provide accurate information to residents and families. The position emphasizes a positive first impression, teamwork, and resident-first service within a community that values wisdom

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates as needed at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
