Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge at The Brennity at Vero Beach in Florida. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, 3pm to 11pm, greeting residents and visitors and managing the front desk to support a welcoming community.

You will direct calls, handle inquiries, and assist team members while upholding Sagora’s core values and commitment to residents. The Brennity community emphasizes a team-focused, quality-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related front desk/concierge experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate with residents, families, and teammates.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.

What does a Concierge at Sagora do?

What do you need to be a Concierge?

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• 6 months related experience preferred
• Multitasking and time-management skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.
