Job summary

The Clarendale of Addison in Addison, IL is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge. You will greet residents and guests, handle deliveries, and address issues with diplomacy.

The full-time shift runs 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with every other weekend coverage; starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities include front-desk coverage, logging deliveries, coordinating maintenance requests, and supporting the Business Office Manager on various tasks.

The Clarendale of Addison is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Shift needed full-time 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM, every other weekend

Starting pay is $16.00.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
