Job summary

The Clarendale of Addison is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team in Addison, IL. This part-time role provides front-line serving duties within the community, with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour plus a $2.00/hour weekend differential.

Responsibilities include setting tables, taking orders, serving with courtesy, and maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards while assisting seniors. Prior food service and senior-care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Answer pertinent questions about menu items and ensure inviting dining atmosphere.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote a welcoming dining environment.

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
