Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with professionalism.
• Resolve issues raised by residents, guests, vendors to meet objectives.
• Accept and track delivery packages; notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
