Job summary

Nestlé Burlington is seeking a Conche Operator to manage conche equipment, temperature controls, and computerized processes on the 3rd shift. You will rotate between lines, maintain inventories, and follow GMP and safety rules to support production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, with overtime expected. Training will be provided on Nestlé systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Fill conches with proper product according to manufacturing instructions.
• Flavor conches at proper time in cycle according to manufacturing instructions.
• Scrape conches at proper time in cycle according to manufacturing instructions.
• Pump conches to proper jumbo at completion of conch cycle according to manufacturing instructions.
• Add flavor, cocoa butter and lecithin to conches according to manufacturing instructions.
• Set and control the temperatures of the conches according to the manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain proper inventory of flavors.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Train others on job tasks of this role.
