Job summary

Nestlé USA in Burlington, WI is seeking a Conche Operator to manage conche equipment across the 3rd shift, rotate between lines, and ensure proper temperatures and ingredient handling while maintaining inventory and daily records.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong reading, writing, math and reasoning skills, plus strict safety and GMP compliance. Overtime is required.

Responsibilities

• Fill conches with proper product according to manufacturing instructions
• Flavor conches at proper time in cycle according to manufacturing instructions
• Scrape conches at proper time in cycle according to manufacturing instructions
• Pump conches to proper jumbo at completion of conch cycle according to manufacturing instructions
• Set and control the temperatures of the conches according to the manufacturing instructions
• Maintain proper inventory of flavors and production records
