Job summary

Legends Hospitality is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, and portable operations at our venue. You will assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling event staff while directly managing on-site staff and interacting with guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining tight control of high-volume food and beverage inventory, enforcing responsible alcohol service, developing service standards, conducting audits, and performing safety and compliance tasks

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with time management skills.
• Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps.
• Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and enforce responsible alcohol beverage service and ensure compliance.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control.
• Conduct physical audits of inventory and product, perform reconciliations.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
