Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a Concessions Supervisor for the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, MN. This role directs 3-4 stands during events, ensures menu knowledge and timely food delivery, and upholds safety standards.

You will lead staff, manage setup and breakdown, handle sales in POS, and maintain clean service areas while engaging guests with upselling and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in foodservice or hospitality.
• Outgoing personality with professional demeanor.
• Ability to interact with high‑profile guests and make quick judgments with little guidance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with manager before events to review details.
• Supervise staff during check-ins and breakdowns for the assigned zone.
• Ensure all food/beverage is properly displayed and maintained during events.
• Know menu offerings and upsell effectively to guests.
• Set up and break down event spaces within timelines; restock as needed.
• Create, modify and close sales checks in the POS and handle event paperwork.
