Formación

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and assigns daily tasks to a food service team and supervises their completion.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions.
• Stores food properly following safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up work stations with prep tables, service counters, hot wells and steam tables.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations.
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs.
• Replenishes food items and keeps products stocked at appropriate levels.
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and sanitation procedures.
• Ensures security of company assets.
