Job summary

Levy at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to oversee daily operations of multiple concession stands during events. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for customer service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will supervise stands, manage product knowledge, ensure compliance with cash handling and health/safety guidelines, and assist in loading stands with product during peak times.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality or concessions operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of multiple concession stands.
• Oversee pre-event and post-event setup and cleanup.
• Maintain product knowledge, presentation standards and pricing.
• Ensure cash handling compliance and food safety guidelines.
• Lead and support staff during peak times and staff shortages.
• Monitor inventory levels and equipment usage.
